Warranty & Service
Product warranties do not cover normal wear and tear and consumable items such as fuses. Product warranties do not cover any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, failure to follow servicing, maintenance instructions or warnings in the owner's manual.
Easyfitness shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss or expenses in connection with its equipment. Easyfitness’s liability hereunder is expressly limited to the repair or at Easyfitness’s election, replacement of goods.
Unless otherwise specified, the benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the appropriate Government legislation.
The Warranty term is from 1) the date of delivery, if equipment is already in the customers possession at time of purchase, or 2) from the date of delivery of equipment if the customer was not renting the equipment at time of purchase, and in all cases is limited to the manufacturer's warranty term remaining, if any.
Easyfitness stands behind its fitness equipment. In the unlikely event that an issue arises during the rental term, Easyfitness will be right around to fix the problem or replace the equipment free of charge.
Additionally, throughout the rental term, the Easyfitness Technical Support Team are just a phone call away ready to answer any questions or queries you may have regarding the fitness equipment.
